No more analysis paralysis.

Strategic career clarity for women at a crossroads.

You’re ambitious, capable and spent years building a career you are good at.

You know this is not your forever job, but the path forward is not clear enough to move on yet.

If you are ready to create career momentum, keep reading.

Is this you?

You are standing at a crossroads, being pushed toward people management, but you are hesitating.

You have built your reputation and confidence on your exceptional technical expertise. Deep down, you overvalue this technical mastery because it gives you credibility, and you fear that without it, you won't be respected as a people leader. You are unsure which way to go and feeling stuck trying to figure it out alone.

You are highly capable and you know you want something else, but don’t yet know exactly what and you’re unsure of your next move.

You know there is something more for you, but because you can't translate that vague feeling into a clear direction, you are delaying your next move. If you don't figure this out, you will keep going around in circles, eventually finding yourself in a role you were simply asked to do, rather than a role you actually want to do.

You know where you want to end up, but you question yourself and lack a clear, step-by-step path to get there.

With the daily demands of your current role, you simply aren't prioritising your own career strategy. You know you need to make time and back yourself. You have a vision for your future, but you need the strategy and the confidence to bridge the gap between where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow.

You took a new role hoping for growth and a better environment, but it isn't what you expected.

You find yourself in "limbo land". You aren't wrestling with guilt, but you have a tinge of regret for leaving a good thing behind. You don't want to quit - you want to extract the absolute most out of this opportunity - but you know this isn't your ideal long-term environment, so you want to make your next move thoughtfully.

Whether you are hesitating on a promotion, going around in circles, or sitting in a role that isn't quite right, the root of the problem is the same: a lack of clarity.

When you lack clarity, you stay stuck. You cannot take steps forward with conviction. And if you aren't taking steps, you are robbing yourself of the opportunity to build evidence and confidence in exactly who you are and what you are capable of.

You don't need a new job; you need a strategy.

Different crossroads. Same root cause. You need the clarity and strategy to move forward with conviction.

My story

Fiona Liang black wavy hair wearing a white button-up shirt, smiling, and wearing a gold necklace with a star pendant.

Hello!

For years, my career was driven by the desire to not waste my ‘untapped potential’. I worked incredibly hard, refusing to believe any limits, and was rewarded with a successful corporate trajectory. But ignoring my limits eventually caught up with me. I pushed away any thoughts of slowing down because it threatened to destabilise too many things - until my body gave me no choice. I found myself horizontal in an overseas hotel room (for work no less), burnt out and physically forced to stop.

That breaking point led to a six-month career break where my only goal was "less doing, more being". When I returned to my role, I treated it as an experiment knowing that whilst I had changed, the system remained the same. I found myself in ‘limbo land’ - knowing I needed a change but bound by real-world family responsibilities that meant I couldn't just quit. Instead of doing something drastic, I decided to intentionally redesign my life. I set a clear, strategic brief for myself: I knew I wanted to stay in the same organisation but shift to a three-day workweek to create margin in my life, and I wanted a role focused on my emerging interests in AI and the future of work. I wanted a front row seat.

To make this unprecedented pivot a reality, I turned to what I knew best. I applied the same commercial acumen and frameworks I used in my day job to my own life. I got clear on where I was headed, understood my own competitive advantages and skills, assessed opportunities, mapped my stakeholders, managed my network like a marketing funnel, and successfully landed a rare three-day role in AI enablement and transformation.

Today, I use the margin I created in my own life to help other mid-career women navigate their professional crossroads. Using my signature framework, The Momentum Method, I am here as your career strategist to help you connect the dots of your lived experience and build a tangible action plan to move from ‘analysis paralysis’ to career momentum.

My strategic partnership approach is grounded in my own lived experience of navigating multiple career inflection points. Having successfully used every tool in the toolkit to reimagine my own life, I am here to help you do the same.
